Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that:

The product is in its original condition.

The product has not been used.

All accessories and the original invoice are included.

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

A wrong product was delivered.

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the problem.

Shipping Fees:

The store covers shipping costs if the mistake is on our side.

The customer covers shipping costs if there is no defect in the product.

Notes:

Some electrical appliances cannot be returned after being powered on for technical and hygiene reasons.

Returns will not be accepted in cases of misuse or customer-caused damage.
