All products displayed on the website are original and subject to the manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

3. Prices
Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.

4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made in cash upon receipt, Visa, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or through available installment plans (with or without interest, depending on the offer).
In the case of installment payments, proof of income or identity documents must be provided, if requested.
The down payment is non-refundable after order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the governorate.
Shipping fees vary depending on the selected shipping company and the customer location.
If shipping is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact the customer to schedule an alternative date.

6. Cancellation and Returns
Some products can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been shipped.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
Products purchased in installments may be subject to different return policies.

7. Warranty and Maintenance
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse.
Please review the warranty card attached to the product upon receipt.
8. User Account
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login information.
The site reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms of Use.
